Hit and miss sometimes it's really good then others it's really bad.I haven't been in since my last order chips were reheated so burn and dry food was cold like come out of a microwave.Was a horrible experience.

AWFUL. Regular customer of this establishment. Food was late and missing parts of the quarter duck, (sauce and vegetables). The food that arrived on time was not great either. It was cold & the beef was so tough you couldn’t chew it. When we called they said someone would bring out the missing items. 30 mins later still not here. When we called again the girl on the phone kept laughing and tried her best to be patronising. When passed onto the manager/chef he was rude and wouldn’t refund us for the quarter duck. He offered a credit note but when we said we won’t be ordering from there again his response was “if you dont want my food anymore then there’s nothing I can do” and hung up the phone. Shocking service

Worst experience with a takeaway ever, food arrived an hour later than agreed, had to ring twice to find out where it was. Don't agree a time if you know you are never going make it! When arrived, the food was luke warm and congealed, squashed chips, most of it went in the bin and what we did eat ended up coming back up a couple of hours later when my husband was sick, the delivery driver was miserable and threw the bag at us on the doorstep, all in all a terrible experience, won't be coming back.

Worst experience with any Takeaway service ever. Ordered food an hour later no food. Called to find out where it was. Was told there was an issue with the driver and it was on its way. 30 Minutes later still no food. Called again, told that it's still on the way. Asked for delivery charge to be refunded as a goodwill gesture and was told 'chef said no'! Asked to speak to manager, was denied this!! Food arrived, delivery driver said he'd been all over the place. The food was the worst I've ever had. It was a congealed, dry, cold, lump of noodles which ended up in the bin. Just wasted £30. Ended up going out to the Co-op to get a few treats for the kids which was what this Takeaway was supposed to be. Literally the worst food and worst customer service. Don't waste your time and money. I never write reviews but I am so disappointed.

Never order off these ever again. no refund food 2hrs late. freezing cold and when rang to tell them as the phone was not answering they offered 10% off next time... Will never order again disgusting food fit for the bin.. and rude staff

Hideous food. Stay away, chicken was so over cooked it was brittle. Re package it as chicken flavoured sticks of rock and it would probably sell better. Response form them after reporting it has been equally poor.First time I have ever left a review after being bitterly dissatisfied .

Literally the worst takeaway and experience I've ever had in 40 years that's some achievement. Ordered at 17.50 food arrives at 20.00ish, cold and was disgusting to say the least. So it went in the bin I would not have even feed it to my dog. The lady on the phone said I'd need to go through just eat for a refund I did that so out of £29 I received £8 back what a rip off. DONT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS, ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. ALSO DONT USE JUST EAT!! After being a general manager in catering and hospitality for a decade I'm literally appalled with this whole experience.
