Lovely friendly staff. Unfortunately all went well until there was a problem. Then communication poor and very unhelpful. Big hole in door and they offered to fill and repair which I wasn’t accepting Door was also put on squint. Finally they turned up to replace wood . Again no communication to let me know they were coming. After replacing they left a crack on adjoining piece. Complained and again no reply. Sheds are not the quality expected. Paid deposit when ordering then a phone call asking for full payment before shed arrived. Now I understand why. Communication very good when looking for paymentUpdate 27/07/2020.... Still no offer to put right damage caused by joiners when replacing adjoining boardsUpdate 07/08/2021.. Finally arrived and damaged panel replaced

Went at 3.30 on a Saturday, and it was closed. Has very limited opening hours. Mon -Fri 9- 4 and Sat 9 - 12. Closed Sunday. I suspect they lose a lot of trade with such unhelpful opening hours. There is a wall" of pictures and prices

Visited this morning but whilst the summerhouses I viewed were lovely, the woman I spoke to was unhappy I had laid a probase plastic foundation and told me several times it was unlikely I had done this properly or to a good enough standard for them to be able to install a summerhouse.

Visited showroom with the interior length I needed. Steve showed me all the suitable sheds. He very kindly brought a measuring tape so I could see the how much room I had to spare. After we talked about the pros and cons of each one for my son to get his bike in and out my choice. Nothing was too much effort and he clearly knew a great deal about their products. In the office Emma took my order and gave me an estimate of when it would be in stock. Emma kept me informed via phone regarding date and time for delivery, making sure it was suitable. Some companies have set days with no flexibility. So happy with the shed, it’s sturdy and very well made. Definitely recommend.
