I nipped in here on Sunday looking for Vet Wrap for my dogs paw which they thankfully had a lot of in stock, I explained I was also looking for padding to go underneath and the wonderful associate very kindly got me some from their shop first aid kit! I was welcomed with a smile and a warm hello as soon as I entered but the fact that they went above and beyond to help me and my dog meant so much and is greatly appreciated. What a fantastic shop and great prices too!

I get regular orders from this shop and they’re always spot on. Fast dispatch of well packaged, great quality dog treats. Their prices are very reasonable which helps to offset the cost of delivery. Really glad I found this company.

Ordered online the Anco Beef Broth, it was on the website and confirmation as 3x120g this was the best deal I had found hence ordering - I had found elsewhere with free postage but this was 3 for the price of one so it seemed worth it to pay the extra £5 for postage. A note was made on the receipt in the box but I would rather they have reached out before posting the parcel as I would have asked for a refund and ordered elsewhere.
