Perfect Cleaners Ilford

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional. This company sent somone who I dont even believe is a professional windows cleaner. I showed him what needed to be done and he refused even though it was clear what was asked when making the booking. I then called the company to try and get the matter resolved and by the time I got off the phone the guy had just left without telling us. I wouldn't even rate this company 1 star! I called the company back.. was told that the manager doesn't deal with customers and told that they cancelled the job. Do not use

I call this company and they send a cleaner to clean small kitchen and bathroom. Cleaner was late 15 min and after 1 hour carpets guy go there to put the carpet in bedroom.CLEANER SHE LEFT AND I RECEIVED A CALL FOR THE CARPET GUYS to tell me the cleaner left and she don't do the cleaning.I call the company and they told me to wait to check if the cleaner is there. After i wait they told me she left because is construction inside and they will cancel the cleaning and they will charge me £30 for cancelling.I will never recommend this
