Purchased a car from Stoneacre Peterborough in february, travelled up on a train from Swansea only to find the car had a huge scratch down the side, a dent and scratches on front nearside wing.....After talking to one of the managers I decided to take the car on the condition they will pay to have the issues rectified at a garage of my choice back in Swansea. Whilst driving the car back I noticed the motor in the mirror was jammed and wouldn't fold in, so Stoneacre decided to send me a courtesy car and take the car back to have all the issues rectified. Three weeks later and the car came back, issues were sorted but 2 new issues had arisen (Huge chip in mirror casing and passenger side window won't go down all the way) once again I contacted Stoneacre and stated they would send out new mirror case and that someone would be in touch with me to advise me on where I could take the car to have the window issue rectified, no one contacted me and after repeated calls I was fobbed off stating a manager would be in touch but that never happened. I gave up in the end as it was costing me a lot of time and stress trying to chase them up, so I now have a £11,000 car that I cannot open the passenger side window more than a couple of inches.....Thanks Stonacre!!.I would highly recommend anyone thinking about buying a car from here to make sure you view the car and make sure everything is working as it should before you hand over your hard earned cash.

I recently purchased my first car from this branch and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From talking with Johnny, who couldn’t do anymore than he did for me, to finalising the sale with Josh, who really helped with the understanding of all the paperwork, it was a fantastic experience. Peter was also fantastic with his hand over walking me through everything the car had to offer.

Went to look at a Suzuki but with the assistance of Jonny purchased a Jeep Compass.Better car and value.Jonny was excellent in his assistance and organising the car. Would highly recommend him even though he’s new to the team.Unfortunately the head office contacting me several times over the following 3 days regarding services package pay of seven months to save £5 is not a deal, then wanted sell me gap insurance. Then wanted to see if I wanted credit even though I paid cash. Emails, texts and calls.Having just read the obvious bog standard response, I am not sure this review has been read by a real person so am a little disappointed.

Fantastic experience in purchasing my car today. Right from first turning up at showroom earlier in week, staff were attentive and really helpful. Brilliant service, especially from Johnny and also from Adam and josh. All great, would thoroughly recommend.
