My territory manager Tej, supported me very well during my first case using the Osstem implant system. He was kind enough to set aside a full day to help assist me with anything I needed. His communication prior to the appt was great and his response times definitely helped reduce any stress. Tej came to see me at the Practice today and went through the OneGuide Kit, 122Taper Kit as well as the LAS and CAS kit. New to implant dentistry and he made it look so easy!Has given me more confidence to place more Osstem implants!Found the session thoroughly useful!Thank you Tej! :-)Ps may need a refresher when I get onto the CAS and LAS kit for my patients!

I have been using Osstem Dental Implants for a few years now and can confidently say the results are fantastic. The company also supports its users to the hilt with courses all rounded to improve surgery with international courses from Las Vegas to Seoul and everywhere else in-between. It has also assisted to helping my clinic grow with providing support to the staff members with in house training sessions when needed. The support from Ben, Mark and Claire has been outstanding and would like to thank them for all their hard work.

I’ve just started out my implant career and I’ve decided to go with Osstem and what can I say..I’ve definitely made the right choice! Especially Sean my regional rep is so helpful and so approachable he’s made my implant journey so far very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for competitive price and a friendly face!

Had Joel at the practice today to talk about the different implant systems. I must say he was very helpful, insightful and engaging. I had excellent feedback from the nursing and admin staff saying he explained things very clearly (they have no background in implant dentistry). Looking forward to working with Joel and osstem in the future!

I’ve been with osstem for a while and our rep, Tej is very very good. He’s always on hand when we need support, attends on surgery days, organises loan kits, sorts out stock deliveries etc. he’s really very good and I have no reason not to stick with osstem for the foreseeable future!
