The best massage clinic I have been to. The reception staff are very friendly, upbeat and professional. My masseuse Zeena has been incredible. Amazing massages, fantastic bedside manner and professionalism and great knowledge regarding the body and how to fix aches and pains. Highly recommend to all and well worth the price.

Everyone at The Massage Company is so lovely and very welcoming, setting you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. My masseuse always took the time to check what I was hoping for from the massage and targeted any problem areas I identified. The add-ons available are reasonably priced and can really enhance the massage, such as the hot stones. I always leave feeling renewed and relaxed, and would fully recommend the experience to anyone.

Following an offer, I had my first massage in 2019 with Antonio who was fantastic but I didn’t become a member due to the cost. In 2020 I received another offer and as Antonio had moved away, I had a hot stone massage with Connor R. (Antonio had recommended the hot stones as heat helps work on the deeper muscles which he knew I needed). Well, as soon as I walked out of the massage room I joined up as I really enjoyed the massage and the knots had received some serious attention (at my request). I since returned and added on a head massage and extended to an 80-minute session. The head massage was pure heaven, I felt so relaxed. Connor adjusted the pressure of the massage to suit me and I certainly noticed the difference in my ease of movement and reduced stiffness in my shoulders and lower back. Due to lockdown, I haven’t been for a few months so I cannot wait for my next appointment to continue the road to recovery. Having treatment at the massage company has proved you get what you pay for. I previously went elsewhere in Tunbridge Wells for massages for years and in retrospect, they were more beauty treatments. I had stiff lower back and shoulder knots for many years and the Massage Company has finally provided means to ease them. I highly recommend Connor R. as a therapist.

I was very lucky to have won this massage through a local competition. The staff on the front desk were lovely, warm and welcoming. The lady who performed my massage was friendly if somewhat enthusiastic about telling me how “cheap” the massages were... but as far as I could tell, only on the subscription package. While we discussed what I’d like from my massage, I said I particularly enjoyed a scalp massage. I could be massaged anywhere (within reason) within my “free” massage (normally £80 to non-members) but to massage my head - I’d have to pay an additional £7. The therapist did explain how they needed more training for scalp massages which explained why there was a premium charge. I’m not sure I fully understand this and know I’ve never been charged like this before.How I do love to have a financial discussion moments before my massage!The massage (including scalp) was very good, but sadly can’t recommend a visit because of their extra charges.

I have had 2 massages here and both have been lovely. The therapists are great communicators and front desk are very welcoming. I’ve always felt relaxed throughout the whole experience and the massage itself is incredible. Thank you!

I've been using TMC for my monthly massages for about two years. It's a nice easy process with a good choice of expert therapists who seem well looked after by the company. I'd recommend to anyone.

Could never get a massage from anywhere else after coming here. I have had the privilege of receiving a massage from Josh and Tom and they are both fantastic.

I am already a member of The Massage Company centre and I have been having regular massages at the Tunbridge Wells center for quite a while now. With my busy work/life schedule, historic knee issues and my understanding of the importance of massages from my sports training background, I have nothing but appreciation for treatments I get.Thanks team for your consistency in treatment from the therapists and always a sense of relaxation afterwards - such a valuable investment to me.

I've been going for few massages there but my favourite and most relaxing is hot stone massage.Jess is my favourite therapist, she is polite, friendly, calm and very professional! Front desk guys are very welcoming always. I’ve always felt relaxed throughout the whole experience and the massage itself is fantastic!Can't wait my next appointment!

Was gifted a massage as a birthday present and was welcomed by a lovely lady on front desk. Then had the most incredible massage with Xena. Since having my baby I have an achey lower back and shoulders and she really focused on these areas. She made me feel so relaxed and was lovely to chat to. The 50 mins flew by! Really great experience thanks so much!
