You'll probably have to take a few registration forms in (because THEY lose them) and wait a ridiculous amount of time before being told you've you can't be accepted into the surgery because of your inappropriate behaviour" for simply asking if you've been put on the registar after a 2 month wait and saying you have a receipt for the forms you've took in. because they carelessly lost forms and won't admit to it and blame you for it even if you have proof you took them in.. they like to pass you from pillar to post and say that you'll get a call back from the manager which you never do because she's in a "meeting all day" lol..Just full of receptionists who like to play godMedical negligenceSteer clear."

Absoluetly appalling I had a letter for my boys vaccinations saying his appointment was a certain date went and the receptionist said it was a different date and time pulled him out of nursery and now have to explain to the nursery. Do not recommend joining willow Bank at all they just mess you around!!

Your Review: Hello Willow Bank,I would like to send a massive thank you to a staff member that has gone far and beyond for me across the last two weeks, Rachel.Whilst travelling I've been unable to contact the surgery directly to find out what's happened with my blood results and decided to email. From day 1 Rachel responded with so much patience and reassurance that she was looking into it and would send an update with the progress. Across today, it became difficult to determine when the blood test would be available and Rachel took it upon herself to contact the specific blood area and make sure that all my results would be available for the spinal team in a few days' time.I understand how busy your team is and I can't thank your staff member for going far and beyond to follow up on results directly with the blood team and provide me with the peace of mind knowing it's all ready for me.Sometimes it's the little things and actions like this that mean so much.Willow bank, Rachel is an asset to the team. Thanks again!

There seems to be some confusion that shows tarring the new business owners with the same brush. This practice in its old business was a no go.The New Doctors were in their infancy of taking on this practice and were very brave to do so. But I know these people. The New Doctors and The Practice Manager show me and my husband nothing but support and caring and I know if somebody has an issue, the Practice Manager and the Doctors are all over it. They excelled through the pandemic and continueto press on ahead despite adversity. along with the Great reception and back off staff. there was still appointments. All these people who get criticism are human beings with feelings and need to be happy, healthy and motivated to keep their patients the same. They are human beings not robots working against the patients. They are there to provide a service and with my family its 150%

First experience:I originally called Willow Bank about the mini pill (a pill to stop pregnancy) to put it on repeat but was told to only call about a repeat if I only had 2/3 pills left so a few weeks later I ordered the mini pill for repeat perception once again as I was due to run on in 2 days times just like i was told. I was informed it would be with my pharmacy within 48hrs. However on the day I was due them the pharmacy informed me no prescription was put in for. When calling Willow Bank about this incident they refused to speak about the mix up.Second incident: Im 18 and I'm currently suffering with something wrong with my joints so I called Willow Bank surgery for help...they told me no doctor was available any time soon and put me in to see the nurse at a different location...I live a bit away and had the night shift the day before my appointment which was at 4" I had to stay awake after my 10hrs shift and get a taxi to my appointment only to be informed no appointment had been booked or even mentioned.I would never recommend this surgery."

I can't believe the lack of care that is shown by this place absolutely disgusting

I struggle to understand what's with the negative reviews for this surgery. I have joined for over 7 months now and everything was always great. The staff from reception is very friendly and patient, always do their best to help and accommodate our needs. The nurses and doctors are very supportive and take time to explain everything. Everyone always do their very best to ensure we have what we need, when we need it.

I’m usually really happy with this surgery. However when I called today to try and get an appointment, with symptoms which could be indicative of breast cancer (I don’t think it is, but wanted it checked as a precaution), I was told to wait for a call back. 6 hours later, I was told (third hand) to take paracetamol and call back if it got worse. When we’re all told to go to your GP as soon as you suspect anything, to assist early diagnosis, and take the pressure off the NHS, and you do just that, then get this response….. it does rather knock your confidence in your surgery…..

Dont bother going to this surgery about mental health get mindfulness writen on a post it note and antibiotics for a bad chest!!!! Absolute joke was a family member not me but thanks for making them feel unheard after they had worked themselves up all morning just to make an appointment knowing deep down this is what you would do! Once in a blue moon they need the doctors and this is what happens no wonder people suffer in silence !
