It's like a holding pen for the Jeremy Kyle show in there. If you cross engineered your standard Wetherspoons regular with a toothless yokel from St Anne's then it'd probably result in type of clientèle this place attracts. The fresh (cough) fruit and veg is poor quality and should be avoided. I honestly dont want to talk down about people in general but if you want a Greg's pasty how about just going to Greg's. It's literally next door. The music isn't great. I think they were playing Michael Jackson greatest hits the other day. Whats next Iceland, Gary Glitter No1s? Final thought whatever that was that served me had one of the most fantastic mullets I've ever seen which has lead me to coin a new phrase the Turbo Mullet, if you will. This was a slight saving grace in an otherwise very sorry state of freezer row affairs. 2 stars.

This review is a reflection on the management, whomever makes the decisions for this store, not the staff as they are very friendly, and helpful.Over the last few months, weekly staple items have been disappearing from the shelves, some items completely, other items left with just one choice. Today I find out that they will no longer be offering home delivery from this store! This will affect many in this area of all ages! Over recent times they have had problems with driver shortages and rather than just try and find a replacement and probably due to some 'target percentage' they are going to scrap it totally! I have had to shop elsewhere due to these changes, and surely I cannot be the only one! What is a store without its customers? Come on Iceland! You can do better than this!

The staff are always friendly and always plenty of stock. For the first time yesterday I tried home delivery. We were told delivery 3-5 verbally by the member of staff for delivery. At home when I checked the delivery slot on the receipt it said 5-7. Some of the food was for our evening meal. But oh well. I understand you are busy but you took my mobile number you could have text . To let me know if was going to be late. As it didn't arrive till 8 pm.

Doesn't have much frozen food as it used too, when it had all floor freezers instead of those upright freezers so very poor choice & prices going up to pay for these upright ones, hope this isn't the way all of the Iceland stores are going to go unless your trying to run the business down

Convenient for small shop. Not as big a variety of ice cream as one might expect

The latest way of offering good to customers ( three for), is not much use to those who do not wish to buy icelands choice of all 3. I notice a lot of the food on offer is almost out of date now. Probably due to this and the waste it causes

Since their slight renovation, I'm not sure whether it's easier or harder to find products - perhaps a bit of both. Prices are relatively cheap but I suggest price matching with other stores. Can get crowded since there are generally 1 or 2 tills being operated whenever I have shopped here.
