Purchased £1700 underfloor heating from Brian who could write a book on what he didn't know,sadly failed to attend the site meeting allocated with plumbing team to establish the materials were correct as stated in the sales practice from HPW,although he later informed me that he inspected the materials through a locked door.i then asked the manager David to forward an e email to confirm,who informed me they don't do that he did add that he and his staff have used the product I purchased in homes & work place for 15 years yet won't put it in writing.interesting way of doing business.good luck to one and all.

I was in need of some components, and gave these guys a ring as they were the closest to me. The chap on the phone was very helpful and managed to decipher my not-so-articulate explanation of what I needed and invited me to come down so they could show me suitable products. The part only cost less than £1, but even so, these guys gave me the full service in answering all my questions and offering advice and suggestions. It's a sad trend that lately customer service across the board seems to be lacking, but I've found it all - it's all at the H&P Warehouse. Would not hesitate to recommend.Cheers guys - shower is now sorted :)

I call them and asked if they have a replacement part; they tell me to just come over because they have 90% of all parts of the brand I need; I show up with the piece to replace and they say they have never seen that...why on Earth didn’t they let me tell them the product ID and made me waste my time?

Called in to HPW for some advice about a problem with my boiler. I spoke to Brian who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He told me what the problem was and offered to get me the part as we agreed that I could fit it myself. The part was ordered and arrived as promised the following day. 1 hour later my boiler was working again! Fantastic service and price. I cannot recommend HPW highly enough.

Exceptional, friendly service by Jerry and all the team. Wide selection of bathroom, heating, plumbing product with an extensive range of tools and consumables. A vast amount of products are kept in stock too, you can also order for next day delivery if needed. There's a bathroom / shower showroom to the rear of the premises which is fresh and well laid out. I've been calling here almost two decades now and have yet to have an issue parking outside, even at busy times. Supporting local business is a passion of mine, I can highly recommend Heating and Plumbing Warehouse.

In relation to Francis Herring's review and being co owner with Herring Developments the point that has been missed is that HPWarehouse (Brian) has promised a service and not delivered. Supporting a local buisness in these times we feel is important and could have paid £400 less on line, however we opted for the personal service which was not received. Surely a refund of at least £200 to show good will should have been offered?Having future development plans in Cardiff it definatly has marked where we spend our money in future.

They are not proffessional at all. They don't deliver items on time at all and what they say when the items are delayed that they will call you once they are available...my delievery has been delayed for 2 weeks and at the end i decided to refund some items. Also the bath door came as broken and the delievery don't have any tracking as well...they don't prefer you to pay by card which is weird as well. Try to avoid them at all...
