Andy is a really fair hard working individual. He has fixed my shoes before, recognised me, and didnt charge for the latest repair as he 'couldnt guarentee the work'. I saw some of the effort he put in to reattaching the heel, and went above and beyond what was expected. I was so impressed with his customer service and I will revisit for all the key cutting and shoe repair needs I have!

I had my mum's watch battery changed by a repairer in Broadmead 3 weeks ago, when the repairer handed it back he said the metal strap was broken ( it wasn't when I initially handed it to him). I agreed to have it repaired as no point in new battery in unwearable watch. I was charged for the new battery and the repair of the strap.A week later the strap was broken again and unwearable.I haven't been able to take it to the original 'repairer' so I took the watch to my local Timpson in Kingswood.I told Adam what had happened and asked if he could replace the strap. However he didn't have any metal straps so he said he could fix it by removing the broken link and using the bolt to secure it. 30 mins later or so I returned to pick up the watch.He insisted there was no charge as I'd already paid which he was adamant about. I was more than willing to pay for my mum to regain the use of her loved watch.It's not often we hear of customer service with integrity, in fact I was lamenting the decline in good service over the last few years. My encounter with Adam has restored my faith again, and I and my mother are very grateful.I recommend the service.

I had my watch bracelet resized today, and Adam was great. He took the time to check the size both before and after the sizing. He also took the time to have a friendly chat, which was lovely especially after lock down. He also gave me the resize free of charge as my watch was a birthday gift. It was very much appreciated
