What can I say about Karrie and the amazing people she has at Electra films other than they are fantastic.We got married at moxhull hall on 1/6/14. From the off Karrie was there with all our planning questions, and would bend over backwards to make sure we were happy.On the day, I have to say, I didn't even notice the Electra Films team were even there! Even my guests commented on how professional the team was. She had a challenge having two very demanding brides, however she delivered without hesitation.After the wedding Karrie contcted us after our honeymoon and informed us that our video was almost ready (she kept us informed of progress throughout) wow! We didn't not expect it to be that amazing!!!! Karrie and her team done such a fantastic job at catching our magical day, it means even more to us now having my grandfather on there saying personal messages to us.I cannot recommend this company and Karrie herself enough. If I could give more than 5 star review I would! Professional, reliable, polite and genuine!!!!

It was a real pleasure to have Karrie and the Electra film crew at our love never dies Wedding! My wife and I were married 2 years ago and still now our dvd brings back such a wonderful memory and the feelings and emotions still move us deeply. This alone describes how Karrie really got to know us as a couple in such a short time! As our film was romantic,moving but also humerus! Karrie and the team at Electra Films have been blessed with wonderful qualities to make and edit movies of dreams not just for today but for generations to enjoy and have such a valued gift for life! We as a couple and our family our very grateful to Electra Films for there wonderful, professional and friendly service and believe they will continue to capture your special day in many beautiful and heartfelt ways. Electra films provided an exceptional service for my daughter's wedding. From the arrival at the venue throughout the day and after. Friendly and accommodating throughout the day and very good at putting guests at their ease. Always there to guide where needed but blending in well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Electra films to anyone.

We had Electra do our wedding video and we were really happy with both the communication and the end result of the film. Karrie was always polite and helpful, especially with any queries in the run up of the wedding.The guys on the day were very accommodating and we hardly noticed they were there half the day, so we didn’t feel like we were being watched so all the footage was very natural!!We ordered multiple copies and hey we’re all done and ready for us when stated and we still watch them regularly.Overall I would definitely recommend Electra films for any wedding video.

A definite one star for this 'company'. We should have realised right in the first instance when emails from Karrie were unprofessional and sometimes downright rude! Her telephone manner was unfortunately not an improvement either. This culminated in the worst possible outcome when she cancelled BY EMAIL 24 hours before the wedding. Considering there is a crew filming on the day and she was the only one with the crisis, this was totally unacceptable. She stated she was the only driver, so she must be employing 16 year olds who cannot drive?? Go elsewhere if you can.

Electra Films what can I say!!! They filmed my hen Partyoke in Newcatle in September and then to our evening reception. All our guests have egerly awaited the reception video after seeing the one you produced for the hen party. You did not disappoint!You done a fantastic job and given us fun memories forever - thank you.We've recommended you to our friends so hope to see you again sometime at a wedding up north! Xxx

Although we did get off to a bit of a rocky start we ended up with a great film that included all of the stuff we asked for.Brett and Georgia were really helpful and made the whole day really fun to get people in the mood!Thanks a lot.Adam and Mon

Really pleased with the job Karrie and John did of our wedding DVD. Made us feel totally at ease and even the most camera shy of relatives didn't notice them filming.The film we have ended up with is absolutely priceless. It really captured the atmosphere of the day and we watch it often.I watched many videos and and spoke to several companies before we chose Electra and they were the best. I found them professional and full of ideas to get the best footage. We chose to have the video guest book on the end of the dvd and this is hilarious and full of heartfelt good wishes to treasure.We had a separate photographer as at the time Electra only offered videos.Highly recommended.

true professional's. made us feel at ease..got all our guests involved even the vicar!!cant fault them at all. book with confidence they are brilliant and our video was a unusal family keepsake of our day with a twist of magic!

VERY DISAPOINTING SERVICE .... We feel that we have to write this review to let other couples know how disappointed we were with the customer service we got from Electra Films, we ordered the Top Notch Package and felt after speaking with Karrie at a wedding fair we would get a excellent service from start to end, deposits were paid and prior to our meeting we were emailed asking for the balance to be paid, this was paid immediately and we requested confirmation that the payment had been received, just over a week later we had our meeting to go through the wedding day etc. We both felt Karrie was very patronising and belittling, when asked why she hadn’t acknowledged receipt of payment she informed us she doesn’t email over the weekend as she is so busy, we pointed out we had paid her 9 days ago she then said she didn’t want to lose the mail thread, which didn’t seem like a reason at all.On the day we cannot fault the two videographers at all, they were very good and we didn’t feel like they were there at all.10/10About 4 weeks after the wedding we phoned Karrie to get an update on our video as we had heard nothing at all, and was told in non busy periods it would take around 8 weeks, we got married in October so we felt this was a non busy period. We were then informed that if we read our contract they state up to 12 weeks and that she should stop telling people 8 weeks. We called again on week 11 and were informed that the video had not even been sent for editing yet; we had a load more waffle from Karrie about why she was behind. When we pointed out that we had not even had the sneak preview which on their website is put on line ASAP and that November and December weddings had their sneak previews available we were then given some more waffle and promised the sneak preview, which was put on line a couple of days later,We chased again after 14 weeks and were told that the DVD was still not finished but yet again we were given more waffle and no firm date to when we would receive the DVDs.After 16 weeks we were told that our DVDs were available and were sent one copy to check. We approved this on the same day and asked Karrie to send out the remaining DVDs on the Monday, these were not received on Tuesday, with no communication from Karrie to say there had been a problem, after texting asking if they had been sent the response we received was that they were waiting for ink from Amazon and as it was late they would not be sent on Tuesday, Expecting the DVDs on Wednesday we waited till Thursday and after chasing again we were given more waffle to why she could not send them until the ink was dry, we final received them on the Friday, 16 weeks after we got married.Be prepared for a lot of chasing, the only time you will hear from Electra is when they want paying...Would recommend you do not pay the full amount until you receive the final DVDs.VERY POOR SERVICE
