I bought my wedding outfit from Roops Couture and I am absolutely in love with it. Such a easy and lovely process contacting her, arranging, and collecting and all in perfect time. I used roops for lots of my wedding shopping, everything was sent to me on time and fit to perfection. I also tried to get hold of a sari in short notice, the manufacturer themselves couldn’t send the product in time - I again got in touch with roop who I knew I could count on, as promised the sari was delivered even when time wasn’t on my side. Simply amazing! Roop was a dream to work with, I needed an outfit for one of my wedding functions and at my appointment Roop was very attentive and helpful. She ordered the style and colour of the vvani vats lehenga I wanted - it was delivered on time within 6-8 weeks and it fit like a glove, personalised to fit exactly how I wanted it. I got so many compliments. Definitely recommend for any brides!!

Roops was amazing to work with! Very professional, communicative and detail orientated. We had a couple issues that happened last minute and she went above and beyond to get that taken care of and still meet the delivery window I needed in the US. She helped me get the outfit I wanted, and made sure it was tailored to perfection. Roop is so patient and spent time with my mother and I going through the whole process, and really put us at ease in making such a big decision.
