I cannot recommend this place enough! Their work and value for money are second to none. I've bought pieces here, had jewellery cleaned and made and been delighted every time.Staff are beyond helpful and friendly. 10/10

My engagement ring was two sizes too big and they resized it perfectly for a very reasonable price. I noticed a little polish left behind by the machine and they cleaned it again for free and my ring has never looked more sparkly and perfect! I will be using them for all my jewellery resizing needs in future, very friendly and professional service.

Friendly, informative, helpful and an excellent craftsman for our wedding rings. A much better deal and service than if we had gone to a large commercial chain of jewelers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Vince whose shop it is, is NEVER in the shop. I've had jewellery with them since June waiting to be redesigned. Despite telling the design 5 times already Vince still can't remember and I need to go back into the shop but he's NEVER there! He needs to decide if he actually wants customers. Beyond fed up.

This is a brilliant and trustworthy jeweller. I’ve had a few repairs done here now including a couple of ring resizings and getting a gold chain that had snapped repaired. Vincent is lovely and the turn around time is very quick. They also have a very nice selection of antique jewellery for purchase! I wouldn’t take my jewellery repairs anywhere else.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful jewellers

So I was advised to come here to get a ring resized and it's gold. I called up and made enquiries they said can be done within the hour and between 25 to 30. I thought why not the shop I got it from advised me to go here. I called before they confirmed on the day they could do it. Well I went there and the owner became really vague on getting it done and how long it would take. He cut it and resized it and told me from Tues I would pick it up Saturday. I was shocked by the time span. So next issue the cost went from 30 to 35 now... It's gone up and I had to argue they said an hour and I booked an engraver the next day. So I got it next day and got charged 35 pounds. Which annoyed me. It's good work but I just hate when someone isn't being upfront with a customer. He told me his signet rings cost 1000 got 9ct to 1500 for 18ct which was very good but when I said I'm interested he told me he needs to make sure the price is correct. Again I'm very weary getting anything done with him. Prices are just too up in the air. At least my ring fits and I got it the next day. Come here but be sure you might need to negotiate with the owner.
