I have always come here. Staff are lovely and always try to fit you in. After a year of not getting my nails done I returned last week. They did a great pedicure and acrylics with shellac. My nails still look perfect. I have never had any problems. Thank you for a great service.

I've been coming here for 9 months for acrylics with varied results. I actually wrote a very positive review on here before because I was so impressed with the salon but 9 months later and here I am. I won't be going back to sunset nails.In my 9 months I've had some lovely acrylics done at a very fair price and have had an overall good experience. But I can't deny that also in that time I've had my acrylics ripped off using a nail tip to prize the old acrylic off instead of soaking and filing. This hurt and is very bad practice. This was by the woman who always sits nearest to the door who is also the reason I'm writing this review today. Yesterday I got a usual infill and by that evening I noticed two of my nails had cracked. I went back to the salon today and that same woman told me it was my fault because acrylics don't just do that on their own. I've been wearing acrylics for two years now and I know they shouldn't 'just do that' but they did and i know it wasn't my fault. I thought the salon would honour customer service and especially loyal customers but that wasn't the case. I was accused of breaking them myself somehow and told they would charge if I wanted a repair. I'm sure they get scammers a lot doing this type of thing but after 9 months of being their customer i thought they might have trusted me and fixed the two broken nails.It's never busy in that place and I never understood why because I liked it but after letting the first occasion slide, and now having this incident today I can see why customers don't come back. I will be finding elsewhere to go now.

I had a manicure and pedicure, the staff were lovely. Happy with my pedicure. However the gel nail polish applied for my manicure only lasted a couple of days before peeling off. Not worth the £61 I paid.

I wish I could rate lower. To the horrible woman who did my manicure and pedicure on Monday morning. Cold reception from the moment I walked in. She pricked in between my toes twice when using some sharpe long thing they use for the nails . Dug into my toe nails with nail cutter . When I told her she was hurting me, she gave me the coldest look and didn't even say anything. Just horrible, Rude, unprofessional and not a nice person. I would not recommend anyone going to that place as long as there is still that small horrible little woman there. My nails does not even reflect the amount of money I paid. Horrible .

Went in today to get my nails done to witness the woman wrongly treating a customer who’s nails looked terrible she refused to fix that at first then when she started to try fix them she failed one side to much so it was round instead of square when I stepped in to say they didn’t match she didn’t like it, I said give the girl a refund as your messing them up more and she refused even after knowing she done the job horribly!! Will not use them ever !

WOW!!! this is the best nail shop I’ve ever been too. It never fails to disappoint and the staff are truly so lovely. I would recommend this shop to everyone. thank you sun set nails!!

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO HERE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW and I always get a perfect service my nails are always beautiful and my feet feel so good ..would definitely recommend these ladies.Freibdly and professional. THANK YOU XX
