Had a problem assembling my old Qualcast lawnmower. Called on the off chance that they might help. Lady receptionist was fantastic and engineer quickly showed me the error of my ways. Result is I’m now up and running again in lawn season and will definitely use this company for all mower servicing and maintenance needs.

Parkside 1 - Bosch 0Bought a new mower from Bosch and despite reviews saying it was easy to assemble, it wasn’t. Parkside to the rescue …. So helpful but I knew they would be as been taking machines there for servicing for years.

Amazing prompt repair service to my lawnmower. Dropped it off , for a free estimate, said it would take about a week. Next day had a phone call to say it was ready, can't get better than that. Plus I have 3 months guarantee. Highly recommended.

Put a makita cutting saw in for primer bubble repaired at the end off march to here no word from them, went back in today 22nd June ( 12 weeks later ) to ask about it and it was given back to me still broken , the lad hadn't even looked at it. What can I say, totally unreliable and useless. Certainly wouldn't use again.

They serviced and repaired my 30+ years old Hayter electric mower. They were quick, did a great job and for a reasonable price. Good communication - understanding, helpful and prompt. I will definitely use then again and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
