I've had shocking service from Hillarys, from measurement on 2nd June, which every window was measured incorrectly, to 2 delivery dates, 9 weeks later still no blinds, and they have refused a refund. As the fitter has given hillarys a 3rd date for fitting, but seems to have forgotten to ask me if I'm available that date, it would be 14 weeks since order placed I no longer want the blinds, as I have no faith in the company steer clear

Ordered and paid for to be fitted in early November. Had to chase and chase only to be told the fitted had gone AWOL. Never heard anything else so cancelled the order early Jan and asked to be refunded. I asked the customer service team what they had to say and they were simply off hand and said they had apologised and there was nothing else they can say. If you are not able to provide a service of putting up blinds why bother staying in business?

Went online to get someone to call out to buy blinds and I had to fill in 3 optional days/times that would suit me. Entered those. Got a call that evening saying none of those days were available so over the phone we agreed a suitable time and date. Tuned out to be a no-show. I sat in waiting for 3 hours. It seems their time is more important than mine. I’ll be going elsewhere. Bad service from the get-go. Very disappointing!

I ordered 2 blinds in September 2021 and having handed over just short of £500 was informed the installation date would be today (25th October 2021)The installation instruction confirmed this would take place between 9:00 and 12:00.No one contacted us to confirm a more accurate time, nor was it possible to get a response from the local advisor who had arranged the order.Since learned that on of the blinds has not 'arrived' yet but Hillary's don't seem able or willing to keep customers informed.I asked for a manager to call me but was told this may take 48 hours! Great to know how seriously they value their customers.In summary I wish I had gone elsewhere. I won't use them again nor recommend them unless they resolve professionally and courteously.I'd encourage others to look elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect like all paying customer should.

The best service I've had in a long time. Wanted some Roman Blinds fitted in my home and I had an advisor in my home measuring up in just under a week! Blinds fitted and in full use 2-3 weeks later by the same advisor. I even designed my whole dining room around one of their gorgeous fabrics and I must say the customer service was 10/10, nothing was too much trouble and the in home advisor was lovely. Cannot fault a thing. Thanks so much Hillarys!

I ordered voile curtains which were made 3” too long and with the wrong pinched pleat. I spoke with Customer Service who didn’t want to know and the agent kept talking over me, refusing to put me through to a manager or supervisor. Promised that someone would be in touch to arrange a visit - that was 9 days ago and I have heard nothing.

Initially, I was very happy when we visited the showroom.Based on the information given , we booked a home visit. Hillarys was most accommodating, making a swift and convenient appointment to suit us.Unfortunately, the information during the visit was incorrect and insufficient, so the home visit was a total waste of time, as they could not provide the product I wanted.

Staff extremely friendly with great inspiration for interior design. Helped me choose the blinds and curtains I needed and even with matching cushion covers. Cost a fair amount but you get what you pay for and we wanted the best look possible. Highly recommend

Unfortunately my photos cannot be added here.They say their products are quality and they have “quality” prices. I paid £310 for some curtains in July 2019. Just over 2 years later I noticed holes and the weight at the bottom is falling out. (And we have looked after these curtains fully) When I phoned them, they said I was out of warranty by just a few days and I’m sure they could help. When they called me back 4 days later. They said they couldn’t fix under warranty, as I was out of warranty. They offered to send someone out for me to buy some more. But why would I buy more when their quality doesn’t even last 2-3years. I don’t rate this company at all. And other companies do the same (or better) job at more sensible prices for better quality.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience choosing curtains and blinds for my entire home. The staff were really knowledgeable about their products and interior design. They made clear what was on sale and what their premium products were, so there were no surprises. I had made mood boards with colour schemes which helped enormously with colour choices. Thank you very much.
