David, the manager, was very accommodating. Excellent service from David, Mohammed and Aydin. They went above and beyond to get my car ready for me on the same day even though my tyres were not in stock. Very reassuring and efficient. I will definitely be using this Kwik Fit branch from now on as I went into the Meadway (Kitts Green) branch on the same day and was turned away despite having a flat tyre. I was told that they were fully booked with appointments and to go and try an alternative branch.

Popped down on Tuesday for an exhaust quote. Was sho ked to hear that only one man, the manager, was able to look and quote for my repair. I went to that branch as l have used it over a decade ago with no issues. Went from Kwik-Fit to Tyre City and back to, you've guessed it, Kwik-Fit. Wasted journey and other branches nearby didn't answer my call or were very busy. Kwik-Fit hear me now: Only have staff that can do the job please. Over and out.

Took my works van here this afternoon after getting fobbed off by other garages saying they hadn’t got tyres or couldn’t get me in until the next afternoon. Went in need of 2 new tyres, half hour later, I was driving away with them fitted. Great, friendly, efficient service.
