Tel Group (Formerly Telephone Europe)

I have worked with Tel Group for several years now over a range of projects, including Connect the Classroom. I cannot fault the service provided. They are professional and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They understand the context of my school and adjust their working procedures accordingly.

Not a great managed service provider for schools. Managers have their attention divided between multiple schools and the promise of “fully trained” technicians hasn’t been delivered in our case. Expect unhappy teachers at this level of service.

Tel Group are simply the best. We upgraded out telephone system and included both CCTV and Lockdown Speakers to our project. Tel Group have advised and supported us along the way and we now make great savings on our telephone charges. We have added cameras and made changes to our set up recently and all aspects of the work provided by Tel Group has been outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend this excellent company.

I have used Telephone Europe for about 10 years now and have always had any issues resolve quickly and professionally. We have recently switched to their VOIP service. The whole process was dealt with very quickly and with little disruption to our business. The new system was set up professionally and explained to all staff.
