Vets4Pets - Epsom

I have 5 rats, all but 1 have been seen by the vets at this practice and 2 have had neutering operations here. I cannot fault the process of the consultation to operation and after care given by the vets and nurses here, they send updates via WhatsApp post-op and for any concerns I am able to send messages to ask questions and give updates so I don’t have to bring them in unless needed which is highly appreciated when vet trips can be stressful for some of them. I even had an instance where I mentioned I wanted to reach out to another vet for a second opinion and on follow up with the practice to let them know I’d gone with a different option than they had suggested they were very understanding and supportive of that. When I’ve had concerns I’ve easily been able to get appointments the same day. It’s great to have a local vets who can see my boys so quick and help so efficiently. The vets are very honest and I was told they can even refer to an exotic vet if needed. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful to. Thank you so much to all the team!

▪ Tidy Store but price label of products on shelf often are misplace, missing or offers expired. Often now there is a issue to be raised specially with the groomers

Excellent service. Same day, gave my Frenchie a thorough check. He’s a rescue and been acting up a bit, so we talking through all options, just needed to check no medical issue. Very happy

It has taken quite a while to post this as I was devastated after losing my incredible Bengal cat Simba a year ago. Vets4Pets Epsom, particularly Lenesa and her great team of nurses and assistants were just amazing. For many years, Simba had various health issues that previous vet practices in London had failed to get to the bottom of. When we moved to Surrey, Lenesa took one look and said “I could do what all the other vets have done and treat the symptoms, but I want to get to the bottom of what’s causing them”. In the end, we did receive a devastating diagnosis, but this allowed our cat to receive expert treatment so that he could continue to live a happy life for a further two years. Without Lenesa and team, we would have not had those years, and we will be forever grateful for that. After Simba was put to sleep, we received a beautiful card in the post, signed by everyone in the practice, which really meant a lot during that difficult period. Thank you so much for everything you did for him.

I had a terrible experience with my previous vet at Chessington vets who was very rude, your vet was lovely the total opposite of the previous one. It was not a pets at home vet. He put us at our ease straight away was very knowledgeable about my pets current problem and put us at ease, very satisfied he was brilliant.

I visited vets4pets today with my 3 year old cat Sonny. We saw Dr salonee, She was so lovely and explained everything, she had a really gentle disposition and sonny was very relaxed with her. I am glad I have moved him over and will move my dog over too once her current care plan runs out. Every member of staff that we met were friendly and helpfulThanks Epsom vets4pets

For an awful situation we found are selves in we were treated with respect and the treatment was quick and made a huge difference. Our vet was very helpful , kept us in informed at all times and update to price increases and weather it was affordable. We also had aftercare when we took Oreo home via telephone calls. Overall I am very satisfied with the service we received.

Big shop area with lots of good value and luxury treats. Our dog can spend as long looking as we do in TXmaxx. The vet is super friendly and the appointments are usually running on time and waiting is minimal. Professional and personal service and there's the groom room of you have hairy dog too.

Won’t be using this vets anymore. Cancelled my appointment whilst I was in the waiting room what an absolute waste of time

The nurse we saw was very friendly and gentle with our lovely dog. Means a lot to us to see the care in someone not directly involved with our pet as such but she was really nice to our dog and very kind.
