We hired this company to do the catering at our wedding after we ate their food at a friend’s wedding. Very easy to deal with and accommodating. Had a few dietary requirements to cater for and all our guests commented on the quality of the meal and service. Sensibly priced and great value for money. Highly recommended

Ashley catered for our wedding in June of last year. It was a weekend affair with meals being provided for three days. Throughout the whole experience Ashley always made remained confident and calm. He was approachable yet assertive and was always able to get the most out of his staff. He was also a big hit with the wedding guests not only due to his fabulous, dynamic menu, including locally sourced spit roast pulled pork, and a risotto vegan option, but also due to his professional, approachable and fun personality. Hopefully I won't ever get married again (lol), but if I do, I will be calling on Ashely Mark once again to host the catering!! I can't speak highly enough of the experience! A fabulous day!

Great night at Greg and Sallys , the catering from Ashley Mark was fab , food was amazing would recommend him for any due, so much food even took home had the chicken and burgers and salard for lunch on Sunday ,

Ashley was amazing from start to finish,He personalised our menu to suite our tastes and also our vegetarian guests,Ashley has a wide range of options to suite your day, we went with a tapas style lunch, and the rotisserie chicken and fries for the evening, all of my guests commented on how lovely the food was, The portions were generous and very tasty,if your looking for something a bit different then look no further.amazing food and perfect host thankyou.

Great team and delicious food. Would highly recommend for any event and will use again. Communication was excellent and they were flexible to catering needs.
