They helped me when I had an urgent problem and didn't charge too much either, even though I called late before closing.

Saw me at short notice after my own mechanic couldn’t diagnose the issue with my car as they didn’t have the specialist bmw equipment needed. Joe invited me over and after doing an initial assessment asked me to leave the car with him for a couple of days as diagnostics would require a cold engine. Once diagnosed Joe rang me with a fair estimate to repair and had the car ready in a few days. When I collected the car my invoice was actually less than his estimate as he was able to source slightly cheaper injectors. He issued me with a warranty for his work giving me peace of mind. Overall a great guy, trustworthy, and a good mechanic. Five stars Joe.

Absolutely great service, done my cars clutch and gear box recent, done it within given time (1 day extra due to mismatch gearbox). Done few other bits of the car as well. Very friendly guys and they find out cars problem first before giving you a price to fix it. Very honest with pricing too.Overall I would say you will have peace of mind once you get your car sorted with them .

Very happy with my Ford Focus car servicing, the owner is very transparent when suggesting what needs to be replaced and helps avoid buying additional parts that are not required if it can be fixed. Also in the past I got my turbo changed for my bmw 118D and got my exhaust pipe welded.

I’ve been recommended by a customer of mine, went there few days ago with my car mr Joseph sorted it out very quicklyI had my engine light showing and oil sign was flashing. I had it checked by another garage and they quoted me a massive bill for it. However, that same day one of my customer recommended me to Joseph auto.Joseph told me that the oil pick up was blocked, and they took the sump off. The engine cleaned. It gave it a good flush, and everything was perfect.was I glad to do that they sorted the car out really quickly very friendly, and I found them to be a very honest principal business as these days garages can be A bit of rip offAnd another garage. I went to before I came to Joseph auto, they said to me my oil pump is knackered so I will need to get the oil pump changed and it’s connected to the timing belt so I need to get the timing belt changed too and the quote was around £750.I would definitely be a returning customer at Joseph auto I would like to add this bit in for anybody who’s looking for a reliable and honest garage definitely give these guys a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I've been going there for any type of vehicle problem for the past two years. Their customer service was also fantastic, with a very reasonable price for such high quality. I did the pre-MOT check twice, and my MOT passed both times with no errors.I recommended AC service to a friend, who was also pleased. I would recommend this garage for any type of vehicle service.

Omg where should I start never buy a car these fraudsters they sell cars that are faulty and never give their money back even if it’s within your legal rights. They all are corrupt obtain fraudulent mots n sell u the car. They promise you to do this you will get your money back any they don’t. Warning don’t buy a car from there once you give them your money you will never get it back. They are fraudsters through n through. Horrible salesmen who need to be investigated and imprisoned for fraud n scamming customers . I will take them to court as sometimes they need to be taught a lesson. They know it takes ages to resolve this in court but they deserve it horrible company.
