Clive Taylor and the team at TCM have helped my businesses keep on top of cashflow and credit control for years. Even when coaxing clients to pay old debts it is done in the most professional way retaining good relationships with the customers. It's striking to see that negative review here as it's so different from my experience (time for some Googling to see if there's a history there!)

Before I took the time to write a review of this business I have taken 6 months to think about if I should take a moment to do a review.It goes against my long held belief that a positive action = a positive outcome but you need to know what your getting in to if you think about using a company such at Total Credit management.WARNING this man has no scruples.He will lie to get your business and will kick like a mule when you confront him about his crooked way of doing business.He has no licence to chase your money in.check him out on the FCA website lapsed membership.No registration with information commisoners office for holding your data.This is an offence which carries a data breach fine for his clients as well as his company.NO data registration = No legal right to call your customers and ask them for money(which he will then keep).Total Credit management LTD and Clive Taylor have been reported to the Serious Fraud office.How many people do you know use the Google Right to be forgotten unless they have something to hide.In short use any other company but this one to do your outsourced credit control.
