Newcastle Fencing Company

Twice this week I have had an appointment with company to give me an estimate for decking, on both occasions they have failed to turn up ! The first appointment was on Tuesday between 4-5pm, when no one arrived I rang the company and was told the guys were out and should be with me soon. However, they would ring them and get back to me, no one did. At 6pm, when they still had not arrived I called again, no one answered. I rang on Wednesday morning to find out what had happened, and was told they weren't sure, I was the 3rd person to ring to say no one had turned up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-arranged for today, Friday, again between 4-5pm. No one has turned up, no phone call or anything. They will not be getting any work from me. There is no excuse in the age of the mobile phone
