I ordered a bunch of things for my wife for Christmas from Hiatus Store, items received the next day and were packaged well (including ceramics in perfect condition). Will be buying from them again. Recommended.

Had been looking for a pair of Impala rollerskates for a while and came across Hiatus as a retailer. Employee/owner was very friendly and seemed to really know a lot about the products he is selling! Great service and he had some great recommendations for things to do/see in Swansea. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Just absolutely unbelievable service. Jack is the nicest, most helpful guy in the business and couldn't have done more to hook us up. The store itself is also a thing of beauty and the products on sale are all of the very highest quality with a focus on ethical sourcing / production. Hiatus genuinely care about their craft and it shows. This is the only place I'll be going to to get my skate / surf gear from now on.

Online Order: Can’t fault the store, really quickly shipped and communication was above and beyond when I had a couple of hiccups with delivery due to events outside their control. The item was awesome so in all I’m very happy.Really recommend as they are an ace team!

Walked in the store for the first time today. Really lovely and helpful member of staff served me. Some real lush products in there. Bought a Vans tee and I was eyeing up some of the coffee mugs. I'll pop in again, cheers.

Shopped online for some quad skates to fulfill my 90s dreams. They are perfect!They had my size in stock which was hard to find (Ladies 9/42) and they were the best price I found (including p&p).Shipped quickly, arrived well packaged.I love that they're a small, independent, eco conscious shop too.I would really like to visit the shop if I'm in the area and I'd definitely order from them again.
