Well Behaved Dogs

Nick is very patient and has a very gentle manner. He’s been helping me with my boisterous 19 months old labradoodle x whippet Stan. You can tell that Nick loves his job. I would definitely recommend him.

Nick clearly explains how a dog thinks which made all the difference when it came to my training of my dog. I found a noticeable difference in Wil's behaviour within the first session which has asured me that I have found in Nick the dog behaviourist I will stay with. I believe Nick really knows what he is talking about and he genuinely wants to support dogs behaving well, creating a happy bond between owner and dog. Thank you Nick :)

We were really struggling with our reactive GSD before finding Nick's classes. Since attending the weekly classes Nick has given us the tools to start building a stronger relationship with our dog and after only a few weeks we are starting to see a positive change in both our and the dogs behaviour and has helped us to feel more confident when out walking. We still have a way to go but with Nick's knowledge and experience there is finally hope for a better future.

We went to Nick for help with our reactive Springer Spaniel. We had already tried to get help from a behaviourist at our local vet but it didn't help. Nick came and spent a morning with our dog and really helped us understand why he was behaving the way he was and showed us how to correct his behaviour. In just a few weeks our dog is already doing so much better. We have also attended one of Nick's group classes which was so practical and informative. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their dog. Only wish we had done it sooner! Having a reactive dog is one of the hardest things we've dealt with, but we are finally starting to enjoy being dog owners! Thanks Nick!

Nick's knowledge of dog psychology, breeds, and breed traits is exceptional.I attend his socialisation classes for reactive dogs with our 15 month old black GSD (Jess) who we got from a rescue 7 weeks ago. Everyone in the class is in a similar situation and fully understands exactly what one another is going through with no judgment, we are all there to support each other under Nick's expert guidance.This is the first time I have had to deal with reactiveness to this level. Having a reactive dog is stressful but by attending Nick's classes it not only helps Jess to desensitise to other dogs/other reactive dogs in a safe, managed environment but it is giving me the knowledge, tools, and confidence to manage Jess' reactions and so makes me less stressed and more relaxed, even when she enters the red zone.

Nick is a fantastic trainer. We have used him for our adult dog who can be very reactive and it isn't true what they say about old dogs and new tricks! Nick has showed us with perserverance and consistency even older dogs can learn to be calm and collected.

Nick is very knowledgeable about dog behaviour and more importantly he shares this knowledge with the owners of dogs who are struggling to become the leader in their pack. Classes are designed to help 'mum or dad' to recognise how their dog is reacting to the environment or other dogs and give them the tools to cope with most situations. While our dog Ozzie will never be perfect, with Nick's guidance and our perseverance he will at least be manageable.

Nick has been absolutely amazing, he's been working with us and our Rescue GSD/Mali cross Buddy for a a couple of months, after Buddy had become very reactive towards other dogs. We've joined his reactivity classes, which are providing a safe environment to work through the issues, along with other dogs who are on the same journey.Nick's advice, commitment and ongoing support has been great. We feel that we're definitely making progress , Thank you Nick for everything.

Went for our first session with Nic on Sunday and found it very useful. Nic pointed out a number of small tweaks for me to work on and also gave clear advice on how better to handle my dog. Nic is highly knowledgable and gave good advice and direction to produce quick results.
