Brilliant service. They phoned me up to explain the problem and gave me a quote. When they phoned to say it was ready, picked up the TV. They insisted that I see it working in the shop and that I was satisfied. Been working perfectly ever since. I notice they sell second hand televisions there. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again. The shop is also the workshop so don't expect a glamorous frontage.

Same day service, really friendly, it was really nice that one of the guys came out to my car to help me with the TV, clearly explained to me what the problem with my TV was, both blokes were professional through out, great customer service on behalf of Chantel and most importantly, great price. Definitely worth the travel from Bristol to Birmingham. I would use them again without hesitation.Keep up the great job you're doing.Dan

Pet broke aerial port off TV on Saturday evening, we had technician out on Monday and repaired it within 20 minutes. Fantastic service and very reasonable price!

We had not long had our Samsung TV but was out of 1 year warranty and had stopped working. Was told by the first TV engineer I took the TV to that there was nothing that could be done. I emailed the TV Guys after doing a Google search and they responded straight away with what they thought the problem might be and said they thought that they could fix it.I dropped the TV off and was told it was a back light issue, they gave me a quote and said would call when it was ready. I went to pick up some shopping from just down the road and was astounded to get a phone call before I had left the store to say that they had fixed the TV. They showed it working and gave a 12 month guarantee against any further problems. The service was excellent and the customer service was outstanding.We would highly recommend them. Also note they sell reconditioned TV's and will collect and deliver. There was a small surcharge for paying by credit card but not a problem. Thank you!!

I have used this company twice now. Both times they've been fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for repairs on a TV. Completely recommend.

First of all I'd like to thank the guys. They have been so helpful. I took my tv to be repaired here. They quoted me within a day ( pleasantly surprised with the price) and had my tv back , working , two days later.What has prompted me to review this business is the sheer friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Great service collected my faulty tv and paid good price as didn't need it also the quote to repair it was fair aswell we'll recommend to anyone.

This is my second TV that I have had repaired by The TV Guys, absolutely brilliant service and the price they quote you is the price you pay, Excellent workmanship and they are so welcoming. If you have a TV that is out of warranty and you need someone you can trust, then look no more, just take it to the TV Guys, you know it makes sense.
