I purchased my front door and window surround from roundbrand and I haven't regretted it. John (store manager) and John (door fitter) were friendly, professional and trustworthy. They answered all of my questions with honesty. Excellent service. I will go back for any other job I need doing. Highly recommended.

Been in to branch today 2 order some windows and doors absoulty fantastic service cudnt b more helpful.very competitive prices john and karl very professional even got feed with a slice of cake and a luvly cup of tea 3 words 2 say IL BE BACK!!!!!

Prices good but do not fit them but will send independent fitter to measure up etc. May purchase as £1200 cheaper than competition

We worked with Roundbrand for months, with the windows been traded via a local fitter (who was named customer on the quotes). We were ultimately very disappointed with the poor quality windows we were provided. I understand this may have been an one off - however we never received an apology. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service.
