After viewing lots of properties with lots of different agents, Jack at GD3 was by far the best. He was on time, professional and really informative. He answered all my questions about the property as he showed me round the house. I felt at ease and comfortable throughout and didn’t feel rushed. He was helpful with the application process too. The communication after the viewing was really good and he kept me informed at every step. If you are looking to use an agent to rent your property I highly recommend Jack at GD3, he was attentive and knowledgeable about the property and the viewing was an enjoyable experience, even in terms of the layout we talked about options for what rooms could be used for what, which made it easy to picture myself living there. Overall a really fantastic experience, which I felt I had to share.

Not having any experience with letting out a property before and not knowing procedures and what to do etc apart from online research that I did, I found letting my property through GD3 Property stress free and easy. Ben was very helpful and no stupid question from myself was ever a problem. I was guided through the process and what I should do to the property, its value and what services GD3 would provide to me. Ben was always happy to advise me, always took calls and replied to emails very quickly indeed. I am very happy with the service provided and the entire process has been stress free and swift with the property finding a tenant within days of being advertised and the tenant moving in within weeks.
