On requesting a skin fade to be with the cut throat razor, I received a skin fade with the foil shaver, not what I asked for. Water was cold and barely warmed up on the brief hair wash, which wasn't worth the time and effort. Waxing consisted of one ear waxed and not the other. No idea why this was. When I entered the shop, they were not busy although customers came in after me so unsure why the barber didn't do what was requested. Maybe because I wasn't a 20 something hipster, I received this poor treatment. Travelled a long way to try them, wont be back. Very disappointing.

Charisma was amazing with my son who’s not the biggest fan of having his hair cut, or keeping still.Simply the best!He was very reassuring, patient, and gave me few good tips on how to take proper care of my son’s hair.Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back in!

Been going here for years and Hassan has always known what I wanted. Even when I change from my usual short back and sides, to a high skin fade. Hassan has always done an excellent job.The boys take time with every customer, no matter how busy and always provide a high level of service. Every customer is treat like a VIP
