Updated.I went in today to ask a very quick question. Confronted about this review which granted is a bit harsh but still has valid points that he didn't bother to explain just repeating a previous statement. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and it felt like we were being almost interrogated because how dare we give honest albeit harsh feedback about our experience. I hope for this business sake that this has just been a one off experience but I would advise them to maybe try and record conversation as we were made a promise that later was claimed to never have been said would have saved all of this trouble. Safe to say that hopefully we won't need to go back again and I'm sure the one guy we saw will I'm sure be glad to hear that.I went in with my mother when she went to get a new phone, we had what seemed like a decent deal and had extremely good,friendly customer service. However, my mum didn't like the phone in the end, so we went back as we had been told that we could return the phone within 6 days. We tried to do so but the guy outright lied and claimed he never told us that and that we could only cancel the contract (cost us a lot) or keep the phone, didn't want to help in the slightest yet he had previously been very helpful so this was such a shame as my mum is now stuck in a contract for two years with a phone she doesn't like because the guy didn't want to help. Then as we since found online there are better phones for similar price. It has shown for us at least it was worth looking online rather than going to store especially if you are unsure about what you want. Oh and the charger they gave her with the phone was not for a UK plug....
