Excellent, professional rotary chimney sweep service provided by Wayne. Also provided sound advice on how to operate my burner efficiently which I have undertaken since the sweep and already reaping the benefits. Will have no hesitation in calling Wayne out again in 12 months time.

Called West Midland Sweeps and spoke to Wayne who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the issues with my chimney. Fully explained the procedure and cost ; which was extremely reasonable.Appointment made and he arrived bang on time.Before entering house, placed sheets straight from front door and through the house to the room where chimney/fireplace situated.Brought in all the tools he would need; including an industrial vacuum/suction cleaner (not a silly little 'Henry' one).Blocked off the chimney opening and proceeded to sweep/clear the chimney blockage with a great electronic 'twirler' that soon unblocked years of solidified bird nests.I could not believe the amount of material that was blocking my chimney.Once chimney all cleared he cleaned away all of the debris leaving the area spotless.So efficient was the industrial vacuum there was no dust/soot anywhere.What a professional service from start to finish.Use this company with complete confidence.
