Worst service in London! After cleaning my clothes still dirty .. and personal trying cheat you double price always. Today I had experience, she said pay again 63£. Before she said I don’t have change that’s why I took more if pay cask . Don’t recommend this place

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I was in London for business/vacation and needed a heel reattached ASAP. My shoe was fixed within a few hours and polished to perfection. The Team at Mayfair saved the day!

The best cobblers and dry-cleaners in London in my experience! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail in repairing my favourite shoes were exceptional. The staff are always friendly and professional which is why I always go back. Highly recommend this shop for anyone seeking top-notch shoe repair services in the heart of Mayfair.

This place is the worst place. Sent a dress for steam iron but nothing good. Charged me £20 for 3 MINUTES work AS THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT. The staff is also rude. I strongly not recommend this place

JEEVES WHO??As someone who uses MAYFAIR COBBLERS AND DRY CLEANING (MC&DC) quite often I have become very used to the quality work they do, especially for the price.It wasn't until I had a Burberry scarf to clean with a really bad stain that I realised how fortunate I am to have Hussein and his family there running this business (MC&DC). He did for me a job that JEEVES could not.Here is the backstory.You see I asked around about places that could do restoration of brand name clothing and accessories and hand bags. Because the items had sentimental value and needed advanced work to restore them I thought it might be out of MC&DC wheelhouse.Someone told me that Jeeves charges a substantial amount but that they get the job done for serious clothing issues like staining and restoration. So I took it to them.They wanted to charge me more than what the handbag was worth to restore it... So that item was out. The scarf they said they weren't sure if they could get the stain out to whit I said if the cleaner says they can't do it then don't do it. I don't want to pay for a job that can't be done".A month later when I came back to collect I picked up my items...The hat I brought was cleaner but still had minor stains. The sweatshirt was ok but the sewing job was nothing special and it had some stains. The scarf was clean except the stains that I wanted removed which looked almost the same as before the cleaning.I told the attendant at Jeeves I would pay for the items but not the scarf and she objected saying she could not know if the stain would come out until the stain was cleaned and that I assumed the liability.I told her that's inadequate. My days in construction if I would have someone ask me if I could build a house

I recommend avoiding this store. I don't usually leave comments but this was a particularly bad experience. They took my Bottega blue shoes and returned them dark navy.When I inquired about the issue they started giving excuses. They said that the person who actually worked on my shoes isn't working with them anymore as if this should make a difference. Then they said we can't match that effect blue because it's unique to Bottega and my simple response was that you shouldve told me that before and not after messing my shoes. They then tried to convince me that blue is the same as dark navy. After that they began questioning my integrity and whether the shoes were blue to begin with.It was simply a very bad experience all in. From the work they did on my shoes to the way they handled my complain. I strongly recommend avoiding this store especially with high value items.

I have to say that the service that I received here at Mayfair Cobblers was OUTSTANDING!I had a last minute request being a heel fix that was resolved in a matter of hours to such a high standard I am over the moon :)I would like to thank the lovely lady on reception and the star of the show who went above and beyond to fix my heels, will definitely return!
