Norfolk House Dental Care

After having 2 traumatic experiences at a dentist, as a child over 60 years ago I joined Norfolk House dental practise a few years ago. From the first appointment with Mr Andrews I have received excellent treatment from a very caring dentist. And to all the staff a very big thank you for making me feel relaxed and not afraid anymore.

NHS or private that's the question, or is it ? Norfolk house practice has an excellant staff patient atmosphere with highly trained staff. No I don't work for them or know anyone but since coming to this practice and seeing Doctor Rob I feel that my oral health has improved 100 % . Any treatment is explained whilst not cheap I feel that I have 100 % confidence to spend my hard earned cash at this practice I would highly recommend that if you want an excellent service check the practice out.

I have been coming to Norfolk House for 51 years now. Always greeted with a warm smile by the reception staff who feel like friends to me now. My dentist Pete Andrews always goes above and beyond to make visits stress free and explains any procedures I may need and puts me at my ease. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my dental care.

I've been visiting Norfolk House for over 50 years so they must be doing something right! Reception staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful setting the tone for the practice as a whole. Hygienist Jo and and dentist Pete Andrews have managed to keep my less than perfect teeth going for much longer than I ever expected. Thankyou to everyone.

Every review should cover both the bad and good.The car park is tight and small, but I have never had a problem parking. Plan to arrive as near to your appointment time as possible. That's the bad done.Reception -:Always welcoming and prepared to go that extra mile to get your appointments as near to the date and time you want.Dentists - I can only comment on the three that I have been with and each one understand the patient and very polite.Hygienist- Great sense of humour and always give great advice to maintain a healthy mouth.Of course private health care comes at a cost and the practice have a variety of packages to suit your needs.I was fortunate enough leaving the Armed Forces to walk straight into the practice and can safely say it was a great choice both my wife and I made.You will not be disappointed with the great service and professional attitude from all of the staff.

I have been attending Norfolk House Dental Surgery for many years. It is good to be attended to & receive continuity of care by long standing members of the dental, hygienist & reception team who get to know you. Staff are professional, efficient & effective, without compromising a relaxed atmosphere. All my dental & hygienist procedures have been carried out to a high standard.I always leave my appointment feeling that my teeth have thoroughly examined +/- treated, & that my teeth feel & look the best they can.

I registered with Norfolk House Dental Care in early 2022, and wish that I that I had done so earlier. The consistent professionalism and attention of all the staff is impressive. In particular, I required an urgent procedure earlier this week. Dr Germano assured me that it would be pain free and would heal quickly. This was indeed the case, which highlights that a patient at Norfolk House can have confidence and trust in their Dentist

We have recently joined the practice and have been thoroughly impressed by the standard of service and level of care. Our dentist, Naomi is really friendly and explains everything thoroughly which, my 15 year old son particularly appreciated and commented upon. I've also seen the hygienist and again am very impressed. The reception team are also friendly and helpful. Clear cost information was also provided which is something I have never had before. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I am so impressed with Norfolk House Dental Care. All of the staff we have encountered have been friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is professional but relaxed. I am so grateful that trips to the dentist with three young children are no longer the stressful events they were before we joined the practice.
