The chap in store was very friendly. Unfortunately the key I needed couldn't be cut but the guy explained how to get one clearly so obviously very knowledgeable. Now have keys on order so not a wasted trip at all. Many thanks

Needed a spare set of keys and it was done within a minute (amazing), I thought the price was a bit high but I didn't mind because it was so quick ( but not sure if the price was standard or not though). The guy who did it was nice and friendly.

Went in for two watch batteries and a key cut.been in before shocked to learn one battery £19.00,so shocked when I was told about price for one key cut can't remember the price but I know it was again very dear.had a key cut whilst on holiday in Wales cost £4.50.person behind counter sarcastic.

Absolutely terrible service. Never been told I am not a customer before. Tried to have some keys cut, they had no blanks. I had 2 blanks but he said no can’t do customer supplied blanks! I asked why. It’s policy which is ridiculous. I told him that. He said I was rude. I think being told I’m not a paying customer is rude. So I went to Stokes and sons and absolutely no problem all keys cut using my blanks. Brilliant. Avoid TIMSON AT ALL COSTS!!

After years of using Timpson's to prolong the life of my footwear, this branch just say 'no' before I've even explained what the issue is. Interesting business practice, still you were able to go straight back to your phone I guess.

Very expensive wanted 2 batteries for my wrist watches,and a key cut would have cost nearly £30.

Have used timpsons many of times and never had a problem with staff or service. But popped to get my sons watch altered on his 18th birthday as his watch was too big.. And the young chap looked like he was heading to get some lunch but we beat him to it. Well he made it quite obvious by his attitude that he didn't want to be dealing with us. Made us feel really uncomfortable with his off hand attitude. 2/11/23
