The peri peri fries are absolutely fantastic, better than the likes of Maccies, but it doesn't have a great atmosphere sadly, the seating is mediocre and the place is very cramped (for reference you could only fit about 1 and a half elephants in there). Its worth it just for the fries imo

Never ever going here ever again Most ignorant people ever man behind the counter does not know anything you say to him he just points at stuff he hasn’t got any customer service skills at all (short chubby guy) Fries portions absolute joke near £10 for a meal and that’s the portion absolute joke chicken Fillets are so dry that they taste like they have been sat in a fridge for days and just put on the grill Wish chicken shack was there instead of this rubbish!!!! DO NOTT ORDER FROM HERE

Best fast food is Solihull, lads that work here are so nice, food is ALWAYS piping hot, fresh and full of flavour. Today they went above and beyond while delivering me food to my workplace. Thanks again guys

Small portions, Rios is far better, bigger portions for less. Workers dont make much of an effort, don’t smile and not very polite. Other reviews are very similar. Is clean inside

The worst place to eat in solihull. First and last visit. Believe the bad reviews. Chips the worst we’ve ever seen. Burgers dry. Do not deserve a star. This place should close.

A very clean store, food quality a lot better than other branches, and the staff are extremely helpful especially the young man called Adam I believe. 5 star out 5.

Inconsistent service, day 1 was great, perfect fries, perfect chicken and the perfect drink, service was pleasant and quick. Day 2 it was like they couldn't be bothered, fries were meh but the chicken redeemed the poor quality on this occasion.

Chicken XL very tasty, good flavours, moist, bread tasty & didn't crumble, well recommended for an above-average chicken burger (they used strips by the way, no problem for me, made it more interesting). Chicken rice is still the absolute go-to, could eat it every day!

Very bad service. The chicken burger isn't a burger but a poor tasteless nugget.The thumbs of my hands are bigger than the wings.oh people of Solihull, if you love yourselves, never ever buy food there.
