Sawston Post Office
The staff at Sawston Post Office are always very professional. The service is prompt. It is a good place to do all those essential 'official' things. There is a wide variety of goods and services, including a great selection of birthday cards and stationery. The Post Office is a real asset to the village. The managers are excellent - and this shines through to give a great customer experience. Thank you to everyone who works at the Post Office for being there for local people.

Sawston Post Office
I just have to take the time to praise how Sawston Post Office go above and beyond. I use this Post Office regularly and I did arrive just before closing to collect two parcels. The parcels were not where they should have been and Danny telephoned the Postman to find out exactly where they were. By this time the Post Office was officially shut but Danny kept looking until he located them. In the meantime Meena was more than happy to keep me company and chatting away as though the Post Office was not shut. Brilliant 10 out of 10!! I left smiling and feeling that I mattered as a person and not an irritation because they wanted to go home !!!

Shortchanged by 100 dollars even after asking the woman behind the till to recount and recheck. I will be complaining in person when i return from the US on 30 March 2015. I hope they will have the integrity to admit that their tills were incorrect on the day in question.

Went to renew car tax dvla sent out wrong fee due to budget increase. Dealt with by Danny always helpful in resolving problems. Matter sorted in minutes. Excellent service both Danny meena and staff are an asset to the village.

Meena has been incredibly helpful when we had to sort multiple returns, sending important documents and several parcels. She provided an excellent service and made the process incredibly smooth and enjoyable!

Fantastic staff at this branch. They went above and beyond when assisting my family with renewing our passports. The process was so quick and easy! Special thanks to Danny, who was extremely helpful and assisted every step of the way so patiently.

It's a village post office that dose it's best not flash but functional with people behind the counter that give good advice. Good place to send parcels
