When it was time to say goodbye to my boy, Julie made the whole experience stress free and peaceful, she was understanding, explained everything and there was no rushing. Being able to say goodbye at home made the experience a calm one for both my dog and the family. He was at home where he belonged and it just made the process of dealing with the situation so much easier. Thank you for this service and making a difficult day as nice as it could be, we are all so grateful.

When it was time to say good bye to my pet dog , I wanted him to be at home with his family , not in a strange environment. Julie was the person that made that possible. She made what was a very sad situation in to a loving caring passing over. She explained everything , gave us time to stroke and talk to him while having the procedure. Julie looked after our 13yr old Staffador Otis. Julie was really lovely and understanding, sensitive to a very difficult situation for us. Julie is very experienced and took away the worry of a distressing experience for Otis. She talked us through what was going to happen and all went to plan. He wagged when he met her and she stroked him. Julie didn’t rush us or him.I put a blanket down in the garden and sat on with him for an hour or so before she arrived. He was watching the birds. Keeping calm on a beautiful sunny day. She gave him medication which she’d carefully considered and discussed with us. Otis continued to lick his bone, gradually and peacefully he went to sleep. I’m so grateful to Julie for helping Otis and giving him the gentle and caring passage he deserved. I can’t recommend Julie and her professionalism highly enough.
