Michelle is the most caring dog groomer taking utmost care to put our precious fur babies at ease. She has worked so hard with our boy Hardy and now he is fully confident in going to see Aunty Michelle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, she is amazing.

Michelle is the best groomer my dogs have ever had. She cares for them as it they are their own, and I cannot fault her level or service and care, as well as the high quality grooming. My dogs are so relaxed they often fall asleep on the table, and they are always genuinely excited to see her on grooming day.

We moved to Burnham a year ago and found Michelle by chance , our dogs hate being bathed but love going to Michelle! She’s warm welcoming and our boys always come out smelling amazing and fresh! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! 100% best groomers we’ve come across in the 7 years of owning dogs.

We are so pleased we have found Michelle, We have a beautiful Saint Bernard girl which we rescued and with Michelle’s help she made her look amazing. Few months ago we got a second dog which we re homed he needed a professional cut as he is an Italian Spinone and Michelle was the first person we contact to make him look as he should. Boy did she do good job. You will never go wrong with this lady. There’s not enough stars in the sky for her, Highly recommended.

I regularly get my dog groomed here and would not go to anyone else. Michelle is the best groomer. She is very friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend, my dog always comes out smelling amazing x

I cannot recommend Michelle & Pampered Pooches enough. Its clear that Michelle loves dogs & Matilda loves going there, even trying to go up the drive if we happen to walk past the house.Michelle listens to what you want & even checks Matilda's teeth.Michelle was also very kind & helped us out on a Sunday morning when Matilda got herself covered in brambles & we couldn't get them out. We all love Michelle!!

Michelle and her daughter groom my sausage dog Richmond regularly. He had his first groom with them and he has been looked after so so well. He always comes back smelling amazing and his nails have been clipped perfectly. He is so looked after and cared for by them. He runs from the car straight to the door so he must enjoy his trip to the groomers every time!
