I have recently bought a property through Stevens & Carter. They have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Sam first showing me around the property and was very knowledgeable, giving helpful tips about the town and surrounding area. Negotiation was dealt with by Samuel who handled things expertly and efficiently. During the buying process Alison, Sales Progresser kept me up to date, being informative, helpful and realistic with times and possible dates for action along the way. They really have been a pleasure to deal with, in what can be a very stressful process. I commend them to anyone putting their house on the market.

Sam Beale and his team were great assisting us with our purchase. Had a few issues with the process but they were very understanding and accommodating along the way. Thank you for helping us find our new home!

We are very grateful to Sam and the team for valuing our house even though we made him aware that we are not going on the market just yet.There was no pressure to give them a time scale of when we might be ready to start the process and it was left as, we will contact them when we are ready.I know from previous experience that other agents can be very pushy when it comes to this because they just want to get the property on their books straight away. Not at Stevens & Carter's, they are happy to wait for us and to me that is exceptional customer service.

I've waited 8 months to put this review up as I didn't want to just do it out of anger at the way we were treated and lack of professionalism. We were in the process of buying our forever home and, although not initially planned, put our current home on the market with Stevens and Carter as they were the agents for the property we were buying. The seller was aware of our situation changing and advised they were happy to continue while we waited for our property to be sold and at their request we instructed the land checks etc to be carried out with our solicitor to show we were serious buyers. We were on the market within a week and had 1 day of 7/8 viewings. We were in negotiations and had just accepted an offer a couple of days after the viewings when we were advised the seller of the house we were buying wanted to put it back on the market that weekend to see if they could get more money for it. Stevens and Carter had told them whilst updating them on our viewings that during negotiations we were quibbling over £5000" so they didn't feel we really wanted their property

I cannot say enough good things about Steven’s & Carter, and both of the Sam’s whom we had the pleasure of working with! They were positive and helpful, and worked to get everything done as soon as possible. We had viewings within the first few days, and had sold within three days! Everything was smooth, and they were always at the end of the phone for the endless questions I always seemed to have! Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always so positive. My mum recommended them to me, and I recommend them to everyone!

All of the team were sympathetic to my situation, but incredibly supportive when there were some issues along the way. The team at Stevens & Carter are very friendly, polite, professional and helpful. I purchased my bungalow through them six years ago and they have just provided a brilliant service in selling it. The presentation of the bungalow in the literature and online was excellent, especially the virtual tour.
