Would like to thank Gill Blundell for always providing an excellent service and looking after my parents, Mr Thomas Gee and Mrs Gee. This lady is always helps my parents to book holidays and always makes sure everything is good for them . My father always says he feels comfortable with Gill organising the bookings for their holidays and always feels at ease with her . She is a very good travel agent and her experience dealing with customers is phenomenal. Keep up the excellent customer service Gill your doing great

Couldn't recommended this independent travel company enough. Every time I book with them they go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with a personal touch. Something that is lacking when booking online. On one of my trips their was a delay with my flights Samantha was there to assist and even informed the hotel of the delay. Will definitelybook more trips with this company.

The team at World Choice in Wigan have always been amazing to deal with. Since we first dealt with them in 2012 they go above and beyond to make sure every detail of your holiday is taken care of. Especially Gill and Sam, who have been there from the start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We always book our holidays with Sam. She’s very efficient and takes her time with us when we are indecisive about where we are going. She thoroughly gives good detail about where we are staying, she is very knowledgeable and helps us to find our ideal holiday. We always enjoy her company. It’s a friendly shop and we always feel welcome. Would rather have the face to face with someone rather than book online. Will be visiting again soon.

We have just come back from a holiday to Portugal which we booked with World Choice Travel in Wigan and what a great experience we had. Gill helped us choose the best place for our first family holiday with our 6 month old baby and we had a great time! Great service, friendly staff and we will definitely be booking with them again!
