I would give it zero stars! I've visited on a number of times during the night and found the care staff asleep, with room alarms going off. Please avoid, looks lovely but that is very different to the care that's received!!

Another class.Staff and home the best I've come across .Have visited some homes but this one feels very caring, professional, and a bit like a hotel with care support as needed.All staff seem to remember all the resident names and will greet and interact as you would expect which others sometimes don't.Well done to all the team.

I was a proprietor/owner of OMNH local..home....so know what's to know.......LH is a 6 star place immaculate the best I have ever visited or seen...food good....staff fantastic from cleaners to first level nurses.....decor etc. really amazing.... car.parking plenty and safe.desigh is top award winning rooms en..suite ..massive...too big if this is new planning authority reg size..wow....every angle and need been provided and done. Its a Hilton hotel 6*. Of first grade quality...well done all concerned putting this project and needy venture together.. it's a 10/10 from me with a nothing could be done to improve or make LH better..its the best ever ******
