Gwen made everything easy for me. I had a clear idea of what I wanted and Gwen was able to steer me in the right direction without pushing me into anything. She kept in regular contact to make sure I was ok. On the day Graham dealt with everything & helped with our worries. Barclays was easy to deal with at such a difficult time.

Could not have been more helpful in organising Mum's funeral. Gwen was excellent at leading me through the process, offering advice and giving time to process what needed to happen. I was kept updated by both phone and email throughout.
