Food was absolutely delicious. Nice calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend going there either for a special occasion or in general.

Hot pot's food is not fresh, waiters are not patient to take orders. This service was not worth for the £130 meal!!! McDonald's service is even better.The most disgusting thing is they didn't wash the cups in the karaoke room and still serve them to customers.Oh my days... I hope I will not be in hospital next few days

It's the service that's let this down. I felt as though they weren't particularly interested in serving us, mainly because we were English?We had the all-you-can-eat BBQ. The first round of food came quickly, but then after that I ordered some more of the beef. They said it'd come soon. Then again it'd come soon. A full hour and a half later I went up to the counter, thoroughly fed up, and they admitted they didn't have any more.I dislike being lied to. And dislike being neglected. I would not return here.

Both my boys tried hot pot, I just looked on in amazement that you pay but end up cooking yourself.It wasn't for me, the base looks like washing up water but they both enjoyed it.Almost £20 each though so I won't be going back too soon as the stuff you get for the money doesn't justify the cost. No prawns for a start and who wants to eat a frog?

I went there with my wife. we were disapointed with the food as well as the service. Food was not fresh. It might be cooked couple of days before. we tried almost all the dishes but we were not happy with any of the dishes we tasted. we will never ever think about Red Panda any more.

Very Racist overtones to this Chinese Restaurant. We were met by a cold mocking tone when we asked for a table for 2, the waiter replied you have to order something. The menus were thrust at us and did not look appealing. Mainly offal and cheap meat. No vegetarian options. We left and the rude staff openly laughed. A table of Chinese students were being politely served and catered for. The sooner this racist dive closes down the better. Appalling.

Authentic Chinese restaurant. We were given a traditional chinese menu and a more anglicised selection. Staff were only too pleased to make some dishes vegetarian for us. We ordered from both menus and everything was excellent. Would recommend this place if you are looking for an authentic Chinese meal

Was followed around the buffet table as if i was going to nick what i paid for! Felt uncomfortable so quickly dished up and left. Will not be returning again. If your black don't bother going to this place. Food was average for a Chinese takeaway.

Used to be good but not anymore. Cold plates and food was not hot enough so food goes super cold by the time you get to the table. Food wasn't tasty either. I will add more money and go to cosmos instead.
