TELDOC - Leegomery Surgery

Utterly useless!! Not fit for purpose.

Getting through is a nightmare , hours on phone just trying to get through this is unacceptable.

Don't rate these doctors at all. Rang up at 13.00 hrs with worsening respiratory issues (difficulty breathing) and was told I couldn't be seen. My only options given were an out of hours surgery starting at 18.00 hrs somewhere else or ring 999 if I worsened towards respiratory failure. On top of this just over a year ago I had an external proffesional write to this practise to alert them that I was struggling mentally and had experienced suicidal thoughts. In over a year since the surgery has made no attempt what so ever to contact myself to follow this up and check on my welfare. Total incompetence interested only in their pay checks if you ask me. The rest of you feel free to make up your own mind.

Absolutely awful practice, they definitely do not care about the patients, will only discuss one problem per visit, no matter how serious your problems are and treat people appallingly!!!

I have been to Leegomery surgery there are Nice people in the reception and the doctors check if we eat the right medication and the doctors check our blood pressure if it's okay and also they check our weight is fine or not.

Just cannot get an appointment here anymore so frustrating and stressful, been a patient here for 30 years and only 5 min walk I had no problem getting an appointment before Teldoc took over don't they have doctors there anymore???? Keep sending me to way out surgery's like lawley which costs me a taxi there and back This new system Teldoc is very disappointing does not help the patient at all only the doctors and staff.System of Teldoc needs emergency restructuring not only me that is fed up all patients at all Teldoc surgeries have bad reviews doesn't this say something to the people that organised Teldoc.

Spoke to lovely lady called Sheila at the Teldoc call centre. She made time to listen and appoint the appropriate help for me. The call centre system is not ideal, however the call center operators, surgery reception staff and indeed GPs do an excellent job in a very difficult NHS climate
