A very friendly practice combined with being extremely professional. They take time to ensure you understand everything you need to know regarding the health and wellbeing of your pet. When sadly I have had to make the heartbreaking decision to have my dog put to sleep they have shown compassion and care. I would always recommend Pennards to anyone looking for a veterinary practice.

We had to take our dog in early one morning due to an emergency. The team on the phone and then when we first arrived were incredibly calm and took our dog in for treatment. She was kept on for 3 nights but we were kept informed of how she was doing regularly. Diagnosed quickly and treatment given, when we collected her aftercare was explained and after a few days we took her back and she was signed off with a clean bill of health. Payment was all taken care of by our insurance via the Sevenoaks team. Incredibly happy with the treatment and service of the Sevenoaks team. Thank you.

Our little staff Lola has a long term allergy and it’s ended up with her right ear constantly itching and the ear canal thickening. Ewan at Sevenoaks removed the ear canal and the care before and afterwards couldn’t be better. He oozes competence and compassion. Highly recommended. Al the vets at Pennards are good but he has got to be the best I have seen in 60 years of owning animals.

Our rescue dog is 17m old & has Addison's Disease, diagnosed at 7m. In addition, more complex issues have arisen, necessitating hospital admission twice within a week. She’s been very poorly.Dora has 4-5 Pennards vets interested/caring/helping her strive for another diagnosis & a better quality of life. Unfortunately we didn’t get round to putting pet insurance into place when she first became ill. It’s been hard emotionally, financially-striving to do the very best for our beautiful girl. Tonight she followed me upstairs & barked at me as I got ready to go to work. First time in 3w I’ve heard her bark & have the strength to get upstairs. She’s not allowed really, but I was so made up she could do both.Every dog deserves a chance, where there’s hope…& love.

This whole team is excellent. We have 2 dogs under their care and can't recommend them enough. Unfortunately 1 of our hounds has been seriously ill with emergency vet trips, over night stays and on going treatment. They have been brilliant and looked after him fabulously.

Lovely friendly staff who welcome you as soon as you come in, talk to you about your pet and even say hello to them directly! Affordable prices, as I was worried about my bill having a bearded dragon. Mark Rowland the vet was very nice and experienced in dealing with reptiles.

Superb professional and skilled care for two consecutive radical surgeries for Bella, a cocker spaniel.I have total respect and praise for all the teams at Pennards with a special thank you to Fotis, the surgeon who I have complete trust and admiration for.

Amazing team, particularly Ewan and Roxy who looked after Kai after he had a blocked bladder and eventually had to have surgery. They were happy to take the time to talk through everything and reassure me. Shout out to all the nurses as well as Kai is a very mischievous cat and not the easiest to manage!

Hard to articulate the gratitude we feel for the amazing team at pennards. Third hospital stay for our bulldog puppy in as many months. So grateful for the care, expertise and kindness they showed at every step. Would be remiss not to mention Roxy, Euan, Hayley, Beth on the most recent occasion. thank you all!!!!

I have nothing but praise for the teams at Pennards but Sevenoaks in particular as back in the past, my Ridgeback, Robbie was being treated elsewhere when I had to call out Pennards emergency and they immediately diagnosed the problem. All too late I am afraid but from that time on I have been with Pennards who look after my current two Ridgebacks, Rueben and Zuma. Both boys have had potential life threatening problems, identified by Ewan and Charlotte respectively and have been treated. Issues that could so easily been missed. I am forever in their debt.
