Hi I had these guys recommended to me from a friend who had work done from YR installation., from the moment I contacted them to get my work done , they were very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed, they listen to what I needed and then came around to have a look,They gave different and better ideas to suit my needs, work was carried out in very professional manner. great communication and service, very polite and welcoming. Phil and Dan were very tidy and whatever they moved was put back exactly how it was found.talked me through the setup and how to do basic trouble shooting in the equipment should any problems arise. even tidied up some poor cable management completed by previous workers.

We have had YR installations do some work in our house before and everything about them and their work is outstanding.They are true professionals who go above and beyond to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.We had them back to do some more work adding Ethernet ports to all the rooms plus reinstalling our cctv and what an incredible job they did. We also got them to add an eco router to our existing wired router which is not common. Unlike a lot of tradesman they don’t mess around trying to figure things out but rather have the knowledge and experience to be able to complete jobs to a high standard. They were so pleasant to be around too. We will definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the completed works from YR Installations. Extensive work was undertaken. Phil guided and advised us through all requirements and helped us understand clearly what we needed to make the house future proof as well. They had answers to problems and issues were dealt with accordingly without hesitation.His team including Adam and Billy were very polite, friendly, professional and neat and tidy in the execution of the job.Across our whole renovation project they were one of the very few teams that implemented the service that was promised ie reliability, quality of work and scheduled timings were all stuck to.Overall it was not just the physical work that was excellent but the help and guidance from Phil reassured us that we were in good hands.Will always recommend them.

I asked YR installations to supply and install some network switches and any other equipment so I can connect to the internet via ethernet cable. Phil and Dan completed the task and test and commissioned. they cleaned the area of work and were very professional.Small negative: I sent them pictures of what it needs to be done and asked Phil to confirm the quote once he has seen the pictures and that was not done and I had to pay £25 extra for the equipment on the day.

Work was very reasonably priced and YR came out and completed the job very efficiently. They cleaned up any mess and were very easy to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend their services and would not hesitate using them again.

Fantastic service to reinstate an aerial, from initial phone call to the work being carried out. Kept fully informed and provided good advice. Very competitive rates. Completed job in good time too. Will definitely use again.
