Dealt with Conor from start to finish. I'm based in the Republic and Conor sorted everything for me and all over the phone. Picked up a fantastic car and at a far better spec and price than down south. Highly recommend.

Bought my new car from Car Sales NI in July. From the initial phone call, Kenneth was a pleasure to deal with, and explained everything in great detail regarding VRT, plate change etc. The car was a brilliant spec, not one that would be sourced easily in the south of Ireland. A huge plus for me was the VRT was completed prior to me collecting the car, which saved me alot of time and paperwork. Overall the lads were a pleasure and totally easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next car from Car Sales NI in the future.

I am delighted with my new purchase from Car Sales NI. I dealt with Pat and can honestly say from our initial meeting and throughout the whole process, he went above and beyond for me.His customer service is exceptional.I wasn't sure what I wanted. He gave me different options and explained everything in detail including the vrt and got me something better then I had imagined.You wouldn't get as high spec in the south.I would highly recommend the lads. My sister also bought from this garage and received the same standard of service.

I bought a 2019 BMW from Kenneth. I’m from the Republic so done all the deal on the phone. Kenneth helped me through everything and sorted out the transferring of plates issues. Had the car delivered to me the following day. Couldn’t have been happier with the car and the service I received.They took my car as a trade in. I had a small query about the car I sold and contacted Kenneth today. He was on holidays but still had 2 people from the job contact me within 30 minutes. Including the owner.Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would definitely have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone.

Recently purchased a BMW 4 series from here and was extremely happy with the service. When I went to view the car for the first time there was few minor issues with the body of the car. Kenneth promised to get them sorted and he was a man of his word as when I went to collect the car the following week all the issues raised had been resolved. Very easy people to deal with throughout the process also. Would highly recommend them

Really good DealershipBought An audi a4 and never been happier

Booked in for an appointment over email to see a car and said I would be down to see the car in two days time. Two days later after traveling 2.5 hours to the dealership in the morning, I checked the website only to find out the car has been sold. I checked my emails to see if I had been notified of the sale and nothing, which I thought would be common practice as I specifically made an appointment to see the car and test drive. I ring to confirm if the car has been sold and it has been. I dont get an apology after traveling such a distance and made to feel it's my fault that I didn't put down a deposit. I fully understand that the car wouldn't of been kept for me as I had no deposit but a 30 second email would have saved me over 4 hours of driving. Disappointing customer service and needs to be looked at.Edit: I actaully checked donedeal the night before at 11pm and the sale was still up for sale so i presumed like most people that it was still for sale as the status did not change. yes i enquired about the car 3 weeks prior but i certainly did not think i was entilted to own or have first pick on the car as i did not leave a deposit as im well aware of how a car sale works. I dont mind that the car has been sold thats not the point. but you dont seem to take any responsbilty on updating a potential buyer when i specfically said i was coming down first thing that morning to view a car and expressed intrest in it. if i showed up not booking in for a viewing or unannouced then 100 percent you are correct but i did email your customer service and orgainse a time and day. A 30 second email to say Hi Adam the car has been sold" would of been fine and i dont even think thats asking for much.I honestly dont mind anymore because i can see that this conversation wont go anywhere so have a good day."

Dealt with Conor on the purchase of our new jeep. A very professional service and he explained our options clearly. Jeep was very well presented and all features well explained. Would highly recommend Car Sales NI, great selection of quality cars coupled with a friendly, family run business ethos.

Bought a car there 3 weeks ago. Kenneth was fantastic to deal with. It was a 4 series bmw with huge spec. As we were from Cork Kenneth sorted everything from vrt paperwork to getting the Cork Registration number aswell. Would have no issues recommending Carsales N.I. for bringing a car into the Republic.
