Loaded hear yesterday arrived at 10.30am told would be about an 1hr not a problem left at 13.30 problems with pallets problems with paperwork dont know if it was bad luck if not be prepared for a wait . Was told manager was coming to explain problem left standing there for 30mins before I gave up just rude hope this is not regular,
