Just bought an absolutely stunning Nissan Elgrand from Ali. The service from start to finish was amazing. Over the course of a week, we had been exchanging messages over whatsapp, and he literally took the time to answer any question i had. i live 180 miles from Global Vehicle imports so wanted to be sure the car i was coming to view, was worth the drive....It most certainly was! He was also an absolute gentleman in working with my budget and giving me an excellent part exchange price on my 5 series. He showed me round the car fully and allowed me to test drive the vehicle giving me peace of mind that the car i was buying was a good one. Bought a car in the pandemic. Husband collected the car. Upon getting home we realised the back window was not working, Spoke to them and they said they needed to order a part from Japan. we waited months with excuses of it being delayed due to pandemic. Was a feasible excuse we thought but by us being nice and patient meant we lost any legal rights. Tried to contact after everything got back to some normality and got blocked and refused to answer calls. Would never deal with again.

I have only good things to say here... I found the whole buying experience from start to completion as a pleasant one... I was reluctant at first due to this being my first ever purchase of an imported vehicle so I needed to know I was dealing with legitimate people... My research found only positive information so I went ahead and made contact.Mr Ali was a decent man... He responded to all my questions and did so during the evening after business hours.I visited the showroom and found Mr Ali to be open and friendly... He was very much respectful of my decisions and didn't offer any pressure or silly sales tactics which was nice to see... He's a no nonsense man I can tell you that but I liked his realistic approach to the deal.The car itself was honest, the engine was as I wanted to see it...NOT cleaned as if to hide things...It was natural and clearly allowed me to see its true appearance and no leaks.I've now had the vehicle for a week and it is mechanically sound... I've had a full autel diagnosis session and there were No trouble codes in any module... The car drives like the monster it is, MUSTANG GT 5.0 and everything is working as should.bodywork was decent as too was the interior but I did have to valet the car myself as it was in need of a clean inside.I part ex-changed my old car and got a decent deal.I'm very happy and because of my positive experience I already have a friend who is preparing to buy a car from global.If your thinking about buying from this seller then I'd encourage you to jump at the opportunity and grab yourself a special car.Thanks from Mick
